Andrew is once again teaching at the University of British Columbia's Allard School of Law for a course on shareholder disputes.
Andrew developed the course from the ground up, drawing on the firm's extensive experience acting in shareholder and closely held company disputes to build a curriculum that bridges academic theory and courtroom practice. This is the third year Andrew has taught the course.
Each year, the course brings in leading litigators from across the province as guest presenters, giving students direct exposure to the practical realities of advising and litigating in this area.
Teaching this course has been a rewarding way to give back to the profession and gives the firm a chance to help shape the next generation of litigators.
